How to ensure the adoption of new tools and workspaces by employees
After Société Générale relocated, the company opted for a ‘Flex Office’: an open space where employees do not have an assigned desk. They were provided with collaborative meeting rooms, smartboards and other digital tools such as laptops, Skype, video conferencing, wifi… Facing all of these changes, it was essential to help employees, nearly 3800 people, discover and use those new tools.
Société Générale needed a unique solution to quickly create multimedia content regarding various topics such as mobility in the workplace, how to use smart boards in a meeting, how to install and use Sharepoint, etc. Speach was the answer.
