After Société Générale relocated, the company opted for a ‘Flex Office’: an open space where employees do not have an assigned desk. They were provided with collaborative meeting rooms, smartboards and other digital tools such as laptops, Skype, video conferencing, wifi… Facing all of these changes, it was essential to help employees, nearly 3800 people, discover and use those new tools.
