Code of Conduct
You may not modify the site or access it in a way that would slow down access or cause any disadvantage for other users. You may not post content that:
- Encourages illegal activities
- Is insulting, qualifies as harassment or is threatening towards others
- Does not respect intellectual property rights or copyright
- Contains obscene language and could hurt others’ sentiments
- Is promotional or commercial in nature
- Amounts to political or religious proselytism
You may not reproduce the content of your courses, or that of other learners unless you are authorized to do so via copyright.The course host does not monitor each and every interaction on their network, but reserves the right to remove any inappropriate content and exclude participants who do not respect this code or disturb the smooth running of the lesson. If you notice somebody infringing on this code of conduct, please let us know by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
During your use of the platform, data such as your registration information, your answers to questionnaires and pages that you open will be recorded. This data will be retained for 3 years. The data is not used for commercial purposes, but some may be communicated to technical suppliers for webhosting, to researchers, to administrations of organizations that own courses, or to examination centers. In the case of researchers, data transfer is done within the framework of a research project. Only necessary information is communicated and is made anonymous as best as possible. This data may be used by SpeachMe for non-commercial purposes.
IT and liberty law
All users who have shared nominative data on the site have the right to access, rectify port, delete or limit the use of this personal data. Thus, they may request that data concerning them be rectified, completed, clarified, updated or deleted. All users can exercise these rights by writing to email@example.com.
